I remember my little sister owning a ds and Pearl. I was so jealous at that time, and couldn't wait to get my own ds and Diamond.
I played so much with both Diamond and Platinum. I've gone through both games so many times, I really wonder how I managed to keep them so undamaged! I enjoyed Platinum the most. I was really a fan of Giratina in Diamond, so when I saw the origin form, I was really eager for Platinum to come out.
I remember spending a damn ton of time in the ruins next to Solaceon Town to collect each Unown to eventually get a shiny Unown (That I lost since then). I also remember working so hard to get a Skorupi in the Safari Zone, I would go insane everytime one would escape. One day, I finally caught one, but got unlucky. My ds shut down because I was out of battery. Eventually I got it back, and it became a Drapion through the E4.
Platinum remains one of my favorite games ever!
